Nanau-i-ra, translating to ‘dreamland of the west’ is an island situated a few Km off the east coast of Fiji’s main island, Viti Levu.

Among the outlying islands off the main island, Viti Levu lies the Safari Lodge. I discovered this place while reading Lonely Planet – Fiji. I’d emailed the guys who run it asking about prices and surprisingly received an email the next day full of all the info I could ever need.
